As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’re the heartbeat of the clinic—supporting patients and providers with exceptional service, clinical assistance, and smooth coordination of care.
???? Welcome patients & deliver top-tier customer service
???? Room patients, prep exam rooms & collect medical histories
❤️ Take vitals, assist with basic procedures & delegated testing
???? Perform blood draws & specimen collection
????️ Process paperwork (FMLA, medical forms) & document in the EMR
???? Maintain HIPAA compliance & support daily clinic operations
???? High school diploma or GED (required)
???? 0–2 years healthcare/clinical experience (preferred)
???? Medical Assistant certification (AAMA or NHA – preferred)
