Pay Rate : $21 / hr. on W2

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM; alternating Saturdays

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team as a Patient Services Representative I . In this frontline role, you'll be responsible for collecting and processing high-quality blood specimens, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and supporting accurate and timely lab testing. You will play a key role in delivering a positive patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and specimen integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect and prepare blood specimens following established procedures and safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, helping them feel at ease during the collection process
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and data entry for each specimen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow all compliance, quality control, and safety standards
• Work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
