Maintenance Porter

Description : Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our clients team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. Multiple positions available in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing any inquiries they may have. Experience Previous experience in a similar role required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
