We’re looking for an Employee Relations Specialist who knows how to navigate complex workplace situations with professionalism, empathy, and backbone.  In this role, you will be the trusted advisor managers turn to when they need guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations best practices.  You will also help ensure our workplace remains fair, compliant, and people-focused—all while upholding the integrity of our organization.

What You Will Do :

• Lead investigations into employee grievances and respond to EEOC inquires in partnership with Legal.
• Guide leaders through performance and document issues with a focus on consistency and compliance.
• Revie and approve termination documentation—accuracy matters here.
• Manage recognition programs that celebrate employees’ contributions and milestones.
• Monitor exit surveys and identify patterns or opportunities to strengthen retention.
• Handle unemployment claims and appeals as needed.
• Show up—on time, every time.  Your presence and punctuality matter.
• Performs additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support departmental objectives.
