Bariatric Nurse Practitioner

Tufts Medicine is seeking a full-time Bariatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of collaborative providers at our Lowell General Hospital Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery Center in North Chelmsford, MA. Join an established group of 5 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in the most comprehensive bariatric surgery program in the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience with and/or a strong interest in bariatrics/weight management and be comfortable evaluating patients for metabolic conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and prescribing anti-obesity medications including GLP-1's in accordance with evidence-based protocols.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Clinical experience in Bariatric Medicine/Weight Management is preferred.

• Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Bariatric Medicine/Weight Management patients.

• Current certification in CPRrequired.

• A team player who is excited to work alongside the interdisciplinary team to assist in patient care, support, and satisfaction.

Pay Range :

$124,800.00 - $156,000.00
