Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reports. Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work. Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams effectively. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
