OBGYN opening - Troy, OH Located 20m to Dayton Position Details

Full-time
Permanent
1 : 5 call schedule
Davinci XI
Currently 2 physician with 4 NPs
1 call day, 1 surgery day, 3 office days
36 patient facing hours, 4 admin hours / week
Weekend call rotates
Competitive compensation plus benefits
6 weeks of vacation
CME allowance
Flexible employment options with potential sign-on bonus or loan repayment

Hospital-Based Services Including

XI daVinci robot x 2 & SI daVinci robot x 2 with teaching console and extremely experienced robot support staff

Strong gynecology operating room support with access to the most up to date tools required to perform the full scope of gynecologic surgery including but not limited to : CO2 laser, Myosure, Novasure, Hydrothermal ablation, and LigaSure

Office EPIC EMR integrated with hospital EMR for continuity of care

Streamlined consultation services from all subspecialties, including but not limited to : Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, MFM, Genetics, Anesthesia and REI

Level III NICU and PICU

In house 24 / 7 Anesthesia coverage

Compensation

Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives
