Job description

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Finance Manager, Pan-TR Professional Services you will :

  • Engage with business GMs, and her LT to ensure they are equipped with key metrics and tools to make sound financial decisions
  • Lead and assist the quarterly business reviews (QBRs) in close partnership with business and segment finance partners to present to Corporate -ELT
  • Own the Revenue forecasting for the business by being the finance representative at the table, in partnership with GMs of respective subsegments and Finance leads of subsegments.
  • Communicate the monthly financial results to business partners for Sales, Revenue and Direct ExBITDA, and build long term trusted relationship as the go to Finance resource for understanding financial performance drivers
  • Owns Quarterly Revenue forecasting, and execute on long range planning (36 months) ensuring financial goals are balanced between realistic and challenging
  • Own any adhoc request from business and / or Segment Finance leads to quickly identify trends and effectively communicate to the business to unearth hidden opportunities and risks
  • Coach a young team of analysts, motivate them and keep them engaged to develop into future finance leaders
  • Collaborate with wider DSIG organization to inculcate best practices across the organization and improve finance processes

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Finance Manager, Pan-TR Professional Services , if your background includes :

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Finance roles supporting a business especially Professional Services organizations in B2B software industry.
  • Bachelors degree or higher ( strongly preferred
  • Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic and critical thinker, Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results
  • Ability to manage a team / team members and develop staff ensuring cohesiveness, collaboration and clear linking of objectives and outcomes
  • Familiarity with data automation and analytical tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau etc.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting principles
