As Head of Manufacturing, you'll take the helm of our highly skilled team, overseeing every stage of production from creating parts through fulfillment.
You'll champion cross-functional collaboration across our CNC, Build, Metal, and Finish specializations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of flawless products that exceed our clients' expectations.
Position Responsibilities Drive overall manufacturing performance, with full accountability for meeting production targets, quality standards, delivery deadlines, and safety / business compliance.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing operation, aligning production with overall company goals and objectives.
Oversee and guide the managers of each specialized manufacturing area (CNC, Build, Metal, Finish), ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between departments, prioritizing production schedules, resolving workflow bottlenecks, and maintaining a dynamic working environment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and maintain robust quality control measures, ensuring all products meet and exceed client specifications.
Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the manufacturing team.
Develop and implement production schedules, managing capacity planning and resource allocation to meet client deadlines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, project management, and purchasing teams.
Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of the manufacturing operation.
Essential Skills and Experience Experience in a leadership role within a custom manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
