Job Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new customer requests from phone & internet sources.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate new business leads.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales associates.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Maintain training certifications on manufacturer brands (Toyota & VW).
