Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations in critical care settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor and manage patients conditions responding to changes in status
• Perform procedures and interventions as necessary within scope of practice
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment options
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training

Requirements

Schedule : Friday-Sunday 7p-7a

20-bed open ICU

Patient Volume : 15-16 per shift

ICU admissions and transfers care for ICU patients

Procedures : Central line placement required intubation preferred

Support Staff : Critical Care MD on call anesthesia

EMR : Epic

Must be board-certified
