In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you will work directly with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. You will have access to excellent supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team to help you make a real difference every day!

Your Responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist :

• Implement the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to support children with Autism in achieving their potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, and incorporating feedback during supervision.
• Encourage the growth of young children through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to optimize treatment and ensure a fun and safe working environment.
• Engage with children through play, movement, and interactive activities, maintaining a joyful atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate milestones, and advocate for individual needs.

Job Requirements :

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by finishing a 40-hour training curriculum, passing a hands-on competency assessment, registering for the exam, and successfully passing the board's examination.

For entry level candidates, your first raise is earned upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days.
