✅ Be the face of the community - providing excellent resident service and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained property.
✅ Oversee leasing, move-ins, rent collection, and resident communications to keep the community running smoothly.
✅ Collaborate closely with your maintenance technician and regional manager to manage daily operations efficiently.
✅ Gain valuable experience in compliance, budgeting, and leadership within a respected property management company.
What You'll Do
???? Manage daily community operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.???? Enforce lease agreements and company policies with fairness and professionalism.???? Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergencies.???? Oversee property inspections, turnovers, and vendor services to ensure quality and compliance.???? Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.???? Foster a positive, community-focused environment that reflects our company values and commitment to resident satisfaction.What We're Looking For
2+ years of multifamily property management or leasing experience (preferred)Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skillsKnowledge of Fair Housing and Washington State landlord-tenant laws (RCW 59.18)Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office; AppFolio or similar property management software a plusDependable, professional, and team-oriented approachValid driver's license and reliable transportationReady to take your property management career to the next level?
