What Youll Do :

As a Parts Counter Associate, youll be the go-to expert for parts inquiries, supporting both retail customers and our internal service team. Your role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts
  • Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts as needed
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone
  • Support inventory audits and help maintain a clean, professional workspace

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in automotive parts or retail counter sales preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with parts catalog systems and dealership software (CDK experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
