Senior Packaging Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Packaging Methodology Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement VLSI tools for physical and substrate design

Develop applications to support project engineers with a focus on maintainability

Research and create software solutions to enhance efficiency across teams

Required Qualifications

BS degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in software development

Proficiency in C++ programming

Experience in GUI application development

Understanding of data structures, computer architecture, and computer science theory

Knowledge of architecture and RTL design is a plus
