You will be responsible for preparing patients pre-operatively, assisting in surgeries, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. This position requires on-call availability once a week and one weekend per month, supporting our commitment to high-quality patient care. The role involves working with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1 : 4, with a maximum of 1 : 6, ensuring personalized attention and safety.
