Responsibilities:

• Prepare for patient visits, including chart review and equipment setup
  
  
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries
  
  
• Perform venipuncture/blood draws and prepare lab specimens for pickup
  
  
• Submit referral and procedure prior authorizations
  
  
• Assist providers during medical exams and procedures
  
  
• Track and follow up on lab results
  
  
• Maintain clean exam rooms and manage medical supply inventory

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
  
  
• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
  
  
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
