Extra On-Call Dishwasher

Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES :

• Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dish washing areas.
• Sweep and spot mop kitchen / dining room floor after each meal.
• Empty trash.
• Mop kitchen floor after last meal of the day.
• Prepare clean up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table.
• Clean and maintain outside trash and mop storage.
• Assist in any duties as requested in an order to maintain a high level of efficiency in the kitchen operation.
