Job descriptionMust have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation experience as a Driver Manager. Experience with driver and equipment utilization. Must be able to lead others. Must possess exceptional communication skills. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet.
Responsibilities :
- Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
