As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing innovative insurance data models that align with client objectives. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the upcoming generation of leaders while securing the utmost standards of integrity and quality are upheld. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 7 years of experience

In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and / or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Data Processing / Analytics / Science preferred

Certifications preferred : Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Specialized Certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAFe Agilist
