Kids Village West is a Missouri Accredited preschool that is open from 5 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm and excepts children ages 0-12 years.

• Candidate Requirements
• The _ideal_ candidate has taken a college child-related education course, attended college or is currently enrolled in college.
• Under contract with Mo. Accreditation. Kids Village West's staff must agree to acquire _at least _nine credit hours of colleges, after three months of the initial employment date.
• _Preferable _experience working in early childhood.
• Have a high level of organization, flexibility, and communication.
• Ability to assist in all aspects of classroom
• Has a desire to learn and grow in the education field
• Strong regard for cleanliness and health & sanitation
• Work within child to teacher ratios

• Follow lesson plans and curriculum requirements
• Organize lessons and activities for optimal learning experience
• Consistently follow daily schedule and routines of program
• Communicate effectively with children, families and co-teachers
• Observe and record children's progress and development
• Organize and manage classroom in its entirety
