Overview The Overnight Baker plays a vital role in bringing The Buttery’s pastries to life each day.

Working from 10pm–6am , you’ll prepare, proof, and bake a variety of pastries with precision and care — ensuring every item meets our high standards for flavor, quality, and consistency.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and finds joy in the quiet rhythm of overnight baking.
