Position Overview
The Growth Governance Sr. Manager is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the governance oversight and strategic alignment of growth (M&A) initiatives within Marriotts transformation program. Reporting to the Growth Governance Sr. Director this role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure M&A projects adhere to established governance frameworks standards and best practices. The Sr. Manager provides subject matter expertise supports risk management and drives process improvement to enable disciplined scalable growth.
Success in this role requires analytical thinking attention to detail comfort with ambiguity strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
