The Facilities Services division provides planning, design and construction management for Stanford Medicine, supporting its mission of improving health through leadership, collaborative discoveries, and innovation in healthcare, education, and research.
The Facilities Construction business unit provides construction management for medium-to-large multi-year capital projects at Stanford Medicine. Facilities Construction oversees design and construction in alignment with the Stanford Integrated Master Plan.
Stanford Health Care is seeking a Healthcare Director of Construction with 10 to 20 years of experience in managing large teams and multi-million-dollar projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical expertise in HCAI healthcare construction, incorporating patient-centric design, technology integration, sustainability and evidenced based design to reduce environmental impacts and operating costs to the organization.
This role will be spearheading key new construction and renovation projects, enabling Stanford Medicine to drive innovation and provide leading edge care – personalized for the unique needs of every patient. Responsibilities include Cost, Schedule and Quality management of the $1.5B Renovation of the 300 Pasteur Drive Stanford Hospital.
