Physicians conduct personalized in-home health evaluations for health plan members, focusing on comprehensive assessments that go beyond traditional office visits. The position requires Alabama licensure and emphasizes making a meaningful difference in patients' lives through personalized care.

Looking for a flexible role, to set your own schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician?Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and / or physician assistants they oversee.

You must be licensed in and living in Alabama in order to qualify.

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations, commonly known as Health Risk Assessments, to health plan members.

Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
