Fleet Command Center Specialist

A company is looking for a Fleet Command Center Specialist II to oversee day-to-day operations of the Fleet Command Center team.

Key Responsibilities

Support high-level ridealongs and improve FCC Operator performance

Hire and train new FCC Operators and collaborate on training program development

Document daily summaries and coordinate upcoming events while providing leadership in decision-making

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or operations

Experience in fleet coordination, route optimization, and operator communication

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, or transportation at a management level (desirable)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (desirable)
