RESPONSIBILITIES :

Greet customers warmly and assist with their insurance needs.

• Provide information on a variety of insurance products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads to close sales and grow client base.
• Educate clients about insurance coverage and risk management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends and product offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in insurance and financial services.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license within 2 weeks if not already licensed.
