Salary :

The Senior Project Manager must be a highly motivated, adaptable and experience in multiple aspects of construction. The SPM must have proven leadership capabilities with high ethical standards and the skills to lead and develop others. The SPM must be able to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of a multiple projects ranging in size through the entire pre-construction, construction and close out phases. This shall be done while collaborating and training other Project Managers and / or Assistant Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Work with the Field Operations Managers and the General Superintendent to ensure all company protocols are followed.

Work and communicate with Field Operations Managers and the General Superintendent to ensure quality and safety expectations, schedule, and the overall customer experience is on target to ensure Martin Concrete as the preferred sub-contractor for their next job.

Ensure monthly pay requests and schedule of values are done correctly.

Cost tracking for sequential costing, ensure costs are coded correctly and matching budgeted cost codes.

Job Cost Analysis.

Communicate with upper management to develop strategic programs and project goals.

Create and manage projects budgets and expenses.

Monitor project performance. (i.e., schedule, quality, safety, labor costs, budget, customer satisfaction, and all other aspects that could affect the projects outcome).

Work with the Pre-Construction Department to secure projects.

Oversee the project turnover from the Estimating Department to the Project Management Department during the preconstruction phase.

Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team and ensuring that Martin Concrete is creating growth opportunities to achieve both individual and company goals and objectives.

Build & develop long term relationships with customers.

Be the first line large problem liaison between Martin Concrete and the customer.

Contract review.
