Mortgage Underwriter

A company is looking for a Product Solution Center Underwriter (NorthEast).

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales staff with credit-related issues and complex income scenarios

Assist with hard-to-place loans and non-agency guideline inquiries

Review and approve loan product marketing collateral to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

Minimum of 8 years' mortgage experience

Proficiency in Tax Return Analysis and Non-QM products

Thorough understanding of credit and ability to review complex financial documents

Self-starter with the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
