At Cargas, our success comes from helping our customers succeed. We're looking for an Account Manager ( internally titled Sales Consultant ) who's passionate about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they continue to get the most value from their Cargas solutions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing customers.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and future plans.
• Identify and recommend additional solutions, services, or upgrades that add value.
• Partner with the Renewals Manager to drive subscription and renewal success, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on ERP products like Microsoft Business Central to guide informed decisions.
