License & certification reimbursements

5 years in PEDS ED / PICU & Level IV NICU (must have at least 1 year of each) plus at least 3 years of neonatal / peds transport experience within the last 5 years

WA state license, BLS, PALS, NRP and TNCC Required

Skills required : supports interhospital transport via ground or air, airway management, vasoactive drips / infusion, non-invasive ventilation (Bipap / HFNC), respiratory inhaled medication administration, IV / IO access, etc.

Patient Types / Common Diagnoses : Pediatric and Neonatal patients; common diagnosis included HIE, ppHN, asthma, respiratory illness, sepsis, DKA, other metabolic disorders, trauma (accidental and non-accidental), ingestions, congenital heart defects, cancer, NEC, etc.
