Commercial Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Commercial Inbound Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new commercial revenue and contract renewals through inbound customer conversations

Manage customer care for business clients, including account maintenance and renewals

Communicate effectively about products, services, and marketing campaigns to customers

Required Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred

Minimum of two years of sales experience; call center experience preferred

Typing skills of 40 WPM or greater required

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
