Position Summary :

We are seeking aContract Financial Analystto support the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting functions for new and existing behavioral health programsincluding Residential Treatment (RT), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP). The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance experience, particularly in addiction treatment or behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop startup budgets for new substance use disorder treatment programs (RT, PHP, IOP)
• Build annual operating budgets and long-range financial plans
• Create financial models, including forecasted Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Statements of Cash Flows
• Estimate revenue based on payer reimbursement rates (commercial, Medicaid, self-pay)
• Define operating costs and key financial drivers for new treatment centers
• Analyze accounts receivable and billing / collection patterns
• Perform monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Prepare daily census and monthly KPI reports
• Provide financial insights and support revenue cycle improvement efforts
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making
