We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team at Enliven Home Health. In this role, you will work with patients to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving the quality of life for our clients.

• Hartford County, Middlesex County, New Haven County.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support speech development.
• Provide early intervention services for children with communication challenges.
• Requirements
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
