A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to manage leave administration for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams, managers, and employees
Provide guidance and support for compliance with leave regulations and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave administration for mid to large size companies
Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local leave regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and leave management systems
Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
