Senior Back End Developer - Developer Portal

As a key member of our Scrum Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative developer portal. Our Product Owners, equipped with a clear vision for the product, will rely on your technical acumen to translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand and refine the product vision, ensuring it is communicated effectively across the team.
• Utilize your technical expertise to deconstruct complex business needs into clear, technical features, making them accessible to all team members.
• Act as a mentor and guide for junior engineers, breaking down tasks into manageable steps and overseeing their execution to ensure alignment with the project goals.
• Dedicate 50% of your time to hands-on coding, crafting high-quality, scalable code that enhances our developer portal's functionality.
• Spend the remaining 50% of your time in leadership activities : providing project updates, strategizing requirement breakdowns, participating in design and review meetings, and fostering the growth of junior engineers.
