Change Management Analyst

15% travel to wind and solar sites through US to meet with distributed teams

We are seeking an agile-minded change manager to join the Operational Excellence team and support the data transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Execute change management activities to distributed teams across the US and into Canada
• Monitor change adoption via simple data analysis, survey administration, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop branding collateral to appeal to key stakeholders and end-users
• Author large-scale communications, newsletters, and powerpoint presentations
• Identify and communicate potential barriers to adoption
• Strategize and enhance foundational change management tools using automation and AI

Preferred qualifications

• Prosci practitioner certified (ADKAR)
• 3-5 years of experience in a communications or change management role
• Prior project management experience
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
• Expert capabilities in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr.
