Job Description :
This privately owned, fast-growing restoration company is seeking a relationship-driven Business Developer to take full ownership of the Los Angeles territory. This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to build a territory from the ground up while working directly alongside ownership. The company is highly entrepreneurial and focused on long-term growth through strong referral partnerships rather than internet-based lead generation.
This role is an urgent need, and qualified candidates will be contacted ASAP.
Info / Requirements :
Must bring a strong book of business through local relationships
Role is heavily focused on mitigation work (approximately 90%), with exposure to reconstruction when financially strategic
Territory covers all of Los Angeles, primarily residential, with opportunities to expand into commercial
Brand-new business development role—no existing BD team
On-site, field-based role with daily local travel for relationship building
Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process and serving as a trusted advisor
Strong preference for candidates with experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or trade-based sales
Existing relationships with plumbers, insurance adjusters, and trade partners are highly preferred
Looking for a true connector—someone who excels at face-to-face networking, lunches, meetings, and site visits
Hustler mentality, integrity, people skills, and a long-term growth mindset are essential
Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary : $50,000–$60,000
Uncapped commission structure (10% on all sales generated) - strong earning potential for high performers
Potential future profit-sharing for the right long-term fit

Vehicle stipend covering gas and vehicle-related expenses
