A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist- Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls providing front-line customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
Schedule and coordinate simple and complex patient appointments for respective clinics
Prioritize patient problems and provide appropriate patient instructions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment
Call center experience preferred
Ability to work part-time from 1 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday
This is a bargaining union position
