Concession Manager

Overall purpose of the role :
As a Flagship Retail Concession Manager, you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bringing the ethos of Samsung connected innovation to life to your team and our customers.
You will need to ensure you and your leadership team are organised and operationally excellent through strategic planning, HR control and delivery against Flagship Retail KPIs. You will need to enjoy solving problems, be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do. You will do this through demonstrating best practice and embodying Stellar Global and Samsung Flagship Retail core values, leading by example embracing a diverse and inclusive culture.
Key Accountabilities :
- Operational excellence such as control and accountability of team KPI's, lead by example, ensure team planning and scheduling are completed utilising the HR tools available
- Working through analysing team workloads, assigning priorities etc, execute commercial and marketing requirements in store
- Clear & consistent communication, bring strategic direction to life and successfully communicate this across the management team and wider team
- Strategic planning such as commerciality able to discuss performance across sales, offers and launches, manage cross functional projects and identify opportunities and collaborate with others. Leading weekly management meetings
- People management & development : responsible for Flagship Retail team development through coaching, drive inclusive work and team culture, support the Training Team in building a strategy, with a bespoke induction and onboarding
- Facilitate Human Resource duties / manage ER issues, reviews, performance improvement plans and overall performance following company policies and procedures
