Job Description

The role involves monitoring the effectiveness of software programs and routines, testing software for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency prior to deployment, and running efficiency tests to improve output.

Responsibilities include installing, testing, and modifying operating system software, maintaining documentation, studying hardware-software compatibility, participating in feasibility studies, diagnosing system failures, and monitoring system performance.

The role also involves implementing telecommunication systems software, distinguishing hardware from software failures, writing technical reports, measuring system productivity, modifying and debugging vendor software, creating custom software as needed, and communicating effectively with team members and vendors.
