Customer Service & Sales Trainee – Insurance Licensing Provided (1099)

Applicants must already hold an active Tennessee residence producer license (Life & Health and / or Property &Casualty) OR be eligible to be enrolled / willing to participate in company-paid pre-licensing, all exams, fingerprinting and state-licensing fees are 100% covered by the company.

What You’ll Do :

• Sell a wide range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial lines.
• Build and manage your own book of business by generating leads, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to assess their needs and present customized insurance. solutions.
• Educate clients and help them make informed decisions about their coverage.
• Manage your pipeline, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
