Responsibilities:


As an Accountant - CPA or Candidate Preferred, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients' financial well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:


- Updating clients' QuickBooks Online accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate categorization and reconciliation.
- Skillfully preparing both business and individual income tax returns, supporting clients in their tax compliance.
- Providing cross-staff support, collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless service and exceptional client experiences.


Qualifications:


We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:


- Previous experience in accounting or related fields, showcasing your solid foundation in financial management.
- A proven track record of 3-5 years in tax preparation, demonstrating your expertise in tax regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must, while experience with Proseries is a definite plus.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions and general Office 365 skills to ensure efficient work processes.
- A detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
