Responsibilities
Manage and train and hire office staff for best workflowTeam building with office staffBackup payroll clerk ability to process biweekly and monthly commission payrolls, using Paycom payroll software401K verify upload to administrator biweekly, employee benefits & workers compensation paid monthly reconcile schedule after payments issuedReview AP batch checks and support assist with signing checkSchedule review and management ensure all are clean any notes are clear and accurate with aging policyMonthly sales tax submissionMonthly expense account review, assist Controller with accruals as neededEOM review and financial statement transmission to factoryQualifications
Minimum 2 years office manager experience multi franchise a plusExcel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookupExcellent written and verbal communications with piers and customersAbility to multi-task in fast-paced environmentTeam player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organizedAutomotive software experience required Reynolds and Reynolds or ADPEqual Opportunity Employer
