We are currently seeking an experienced and solutions-driven RFID Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an RFID Implementation Specialist, youll play a key role in deploying RFID solutions that drive efficiency and visibility for our customers. Youll work directly with clients, internal teams, and hardware / software products to ensure a seamless implementation process from planning to post-deployment support.

What Youll Do

• Design and implement RFID solutions tailored to client environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Conduct onsite work including site surveys, installation, configuration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a technical lead during field deployments, ensuring all project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to support planning, manage risks, and proactively solve implementation challenges.
• Install and maintain software / hardware solutions, including firmware updates, patches, and system optimizations.
• Provide second-level support post-implementation to ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently.
• Assist with the development of internal documentation and training materials in collaboration with our Learning & Development team.
