We are looking for a Business Development Director to drive our growth across the East Coast of the United States and strengthen our global presence at SanaClis.
The ideal candidate can be located in Boston, Massachusetts, or anywhere along the U.S. East Coast.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry
- Experience working for a CRO and / or clinical trial supply chain will be considered an advantage
- Proven track record in business development, account management, and relationship building within the life sciences sector
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual, cross-functional environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities :
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partnersManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closureDevelop and execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Supply Chain and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of service offerings with client needsRepresent SanaClis at industry conferences, networking events, and other business forumsStay current on emerging industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments within the life sciences sector.Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts and reportsWhat We Offer :
