Bookkeeper Parttime

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and experienced in maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

Record and reconcile financial transactions

Maintain accurate general ledger entries

Prepare monthly financial reports

Support annual budgeting and audit preparation as needed

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications

Degree or certification in accounting / bookkeeping preferred, but not required

Previous experience as a bookkeeper, or similar position

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and basic accounting systems

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
