We are seeking an experienced and driven Fire Protection Service Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing new business, building client relationships, and promoting Total Fire's full suite of fire protection services. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our full suite of fire protection services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect and identify opportunities in assigned markets
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings
- Prepare and deliver proposals with support from estimating and project teams
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team growth goals
- Collaborate with operations, service, and estimating teams to deliver customer solutions
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of outside B2B sales experience3+ years of fire protection industry experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-driven with a positive, goal-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable using CRM systems (training provided) and Microsoft OfficeMust be flexible and able to react on the fly as schedules can change rapidlyFire alarm systems knowledge is a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel locallyMust be able to lift items up to 25lbsJob Type : Full-time
Pay : $70000 to $100000 + Commissions
Schedule : 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday
