They have grown into a dynamic team of over 150 professionals in five offices, all united by their commitment to excellence, mentorship, and client advocacy.

We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney eager to gain practical, hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney with 2 to 6 years of employment law experience . You will appear in court, handle depositions, manage your own cases, and learn directly from some of California’s top trial lawyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage a docket of employment law cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism
• Represent clients in court, arguing motions and presenting persuasive advocacy
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine case strategies
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation and serve as second chair when needed
