Responsibilities

  • Assume full profit and loss responsibility for all market segments, managing them with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and cash flow optimization.
  • Provide leadership oversight and foster the development of the Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, and Human Resources teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet strategic objectives.
  • Lead business growth strategies and development of aftermarket distribution strategies.
  • Contribute to critical business processes, including strategic planning, annual operating plans, and sales inventory & operations planning, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
  • Enhance market position through innovative growth initiatives and effective channel management, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
  • Interface with functional organization to achieve business objectives and maximize cross functional resource prioritization and utilization.
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation efforts for all aspects of the market segments, ensuring cohesive and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry changes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business required. MBA preferred.
  • 7-17 years of leadership experience within Sales, Engineering, Marketing or General Management within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision, passion for the business, results orientation & desire for professional development.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal / external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization. Value for Customers : Drives a customer-oriented business strategy and provides indispensable support to deliver successful outcomes. Innovation : Envisions the impact of potential future trends and proactively drives necessary changes. Encourages creativity and initiative from employees.
